Kimberly B. says: It was so refreshing and clarifying to talk to a coach who GETS it – the generalist’s ability to do many things can lead to a paralytic fear of doing the wrong thing. Just a great understanding of wading through choices, how to pick one, and motivation to take that as far as possible before adding another. The key is that so many people, who DO have a single driving passion, don’t get those of us who do not. Lisa does. Just knowing there’s a tribe out here for us helps. Having someone who can point and say “Go!” Even better!

Ruth J. says: Lisa helped me to examine how and perhaps why I am where I am and my business is where it is. She identified some great assets I have that I didn’t realize were so valuable. We determined which strategies I should stick with and develop and which to put on hold until later, or until I procured some help. We discussed strategies that might help me reach my 12 month goals for the business and developed a TO DO list to help me jump start those strategies. Lisa got down to business and produced results tailored to me. She got to the core motivations and values that were leading me astray and helped me to realign them. Twelve hours after our call I have completed the first of the 3 priority tasks we developed to get me focused and achieving the results I am looking for. I plan to continue to work with Lisa in the future.
